Shipping policy

U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and International Orders

U.S. Orders

Effective August 29, 2024:
The United States has cancelled the de minimis exemption. As a result, all packages shipped to the U.S. are now subject to duties and/or brokerage charges, regardless of order value.
Previously, orders under USD $800 were exempt.
All duties will now be collected at checkout.

Australia & New Zealand

Australia and New Zealand both maintain relatively high de minimis thresholds:

  • Australia: Orders valued under AUD $1,000 generally enter without duties or taxes.

  • New Zealand: Orders valued under NZD $1,000 typically enter without duties; however, GST may still apply depending on the carrier and product classification.

For shipments above these thresholds, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

International Orders (All Other Countries)

  • All international shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees collected by the carrier upon delivery.

  • Orders ship by default as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning these charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

  • For most business customers, this is standard — and in many cases, duties and taxes can be reclaimed through your import account or local tax system.

What This Means for You

When your package arrives, you may be required to pay additional fees, including:

  • Import duties

  • Sales tax

  • Brokerage fees

  • Customs processing fees

This policy is subject to change based on international trade regulations and carrier requirements.
