Description

Easy deburring of signs and other plate materials! Thanks to its specialized ceramic blade, the Yello V-Trim deburrs sign panels made from materials such as acrylic glass, POM, and various metals up to 10 mm (0.4”) thick, smoothing both edges in a single pass. The V-shaped blade removes burrs evenly along both sides of the edge. Results may vary based on the quality of the cutting edge; if chatter marks are present from cutting, the V-Trim’s performance may be affected. In such cases, we recommend using the AngelRacer deburring and trimming tool. The benefits of ceramic technology are evident: high resistance to wear and a long service life, traits commonly found in other ceramic tools. The blade stays sharp for extended periods, even with continuous use, and is easily replaceable, with replacements available separately.
